Puppet Theatre in Long Island Reopens After Fire

Some great news from the East Coast.  Roman Valdes, owner of the Long Island Puppet Theatre was able to reopen his theater recently for the holiday season with “The Nutcracker Spectacular.”  They also took the chance during the down time to make some modifications to their stage.  The article in Newsday noted that part of the changes allowed the puppeteers to work in a more standing, upright position.  Awesome!
